    A lovely, mild flavoured cheese. The texture is great both melted and fresh. Like many vegan cheeses, it melts best when under something else but it did still melt ok on top of my toast in the air fryer. My toddler really enjoyed it too (and he can be picky!).

    The Edam is mild with a hint of sweetness. The texture could be a little better. It’s nicer melted than it is straight from the fridge.

    Works really well grated into a burrito bowl, or sliced in some toasted sandwiches. It melts well too. The texture is definitely better melted than fresh!

    I really like the taste of this edam cheese. Would work great on a cheese board with some crackers and dried fruits. Can definitely tell it’s not real cheese but it is still delicious!

    I much prefer the other flavours of Vegan Life cheese compared to the Edam. It has a strange smell, like yoghurt, although that disappeared when I cooked it in a toastie. It melted beautifully though so I’d recommend this for cooking as opposed to eating cold on crackers.

    Another yummy product from Vegan Life. A milder version of a typical Edam cheese served best on crackers or fruit.

    This edam cheese wasn’t my favourite of all the faux cheeses out there, it. is really mild in flavour and would work well on a cheese board with some strong flavours.

    I preferred having this melted on an some avocado and vegemite on bread over eating it straight from the fridge.
