Our Blue is a deliciously creamy cashew-based
cheese with a rich aroma and taste. Produced in
a very similar way as dairy cheese, it is
fermented and aged for up to 5 weeks to
develop a traditional Blue cheese flavour.
Perfect on your cheese platter, on its own or
served with thinly sliced pear or fig. Your
friends won’t believe it’s Vegan!
