Deceivingly delicious. A subtle matcha flavour complimented with the addition of 100% pure vanilla bean powder.... we've designed this mix so it can be served thick, like an American style hotcake, or thinned out to make a more crepe style pancake.  On top of that, we've decided not to add any sugar at all, allowing you to customise your own mix with your preferred level of sweetness.
