    Used to eat rasberry coconut slices many years ago and they were delightful and moist. Of late they are hard to find and the ones you do are dry and tasteless. By chance I bought some Very Berry Raspberry and Coconut slices from the We Love Cake brand through my local Coles and they are absolutely beautiful, lovely and moist just like the ones I used to eat many years ago. Thank you so much. Perhaps you could introduce another one using apricot jam. They were just as nice.
