Our Meliora Plant-Based Liquid Egg fries, scrambles, and bakes just like an ordinary egg. Our egg is Australian made, gluten-free, non-GMO, low in calories and fat, and is cholesterol free. It's safe to say, scrambled eggs and breakfast burritos are back on the menu.

    I’m so sorry to say but this os literally the most disgusting vegan product available. It seems wet and thin when cooking and takes forever to solidify. The texture is a slimy elastic mess and I couldn’t do more than a small taste without nearly retching. I’m all for companies getting creative and supporting a vegan lifestyle but I’m sorry to say this is in an epic fail. The only saving grace was I got it on special so didn’t have to throw away the full $8+ price tag.

    4 stars because it avoids the cruel egg industry. We cooked with spring onions and added seasoning. Taste 5 stars. Texture 3 stars - if this was improved then would be a great product.

    This is one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten/purchased. Please stay away from it. The price is way too much as well ($8). Not only that but the smell is really disgusting as well.

    Doesn’t even rate one star but I had to press something to write this review…
    I’ve never used or tasted anything more disgusting. Tastes as if it must have been created by a mad scientist or someone who wanted to play a cruel joke on vegans. Honestly, who would be able to eat this without gagging? The taste, the texture and the sheer weirdness of it is something indescribable. Had our hopes up that Australia was getting the Just Egg equivalent at last. I guess we’ll just stick to the tofu scramble and chickpea omelettes till then..

    I fully concur with the other 1 star reviews. Such a disappointment! The smell is gross, and i managed one mouthful only. Always want to support vegan products, but it's one hundred percent No from me.

    When I opened it, I smelled it first. I thought it was off. Just bought it checked the date, all good. When I cooked it, it looked like a chemical reaction turning in to something that looked like that slime kids play with. I persuade myself to taste it, I wish I didn't. $8 wasted.

    Came here to read other reviews and agree with all 1 star. I had planned to use this product as an egg replacer when baking muffins, but once I opened the bottle and pour it into the mixture, and took a whiff I’ve had to throw the batter out. The smell is disgusting I thought it must be off. I licked a small amount off a spoon and can not get the revolting taste out of my mouth. Do not buy this product, it should be remove from sale.

    ZERO STARS. don’t waste your money !!!. Stick to tofu scramble 100000x better. Lucky it was on quick sale all makes sense now. Taste and smell equally disgusting.

    I don't know why other people don't like it? I Looove this!! This scrambled + fake bacon in a muffin and it's amazing! The black salt is what makes it smell like sulfur/egg. I could literally eat it everyday 😂

    What fresh hell is this? I can't get the taste out of my mouth. Attempted an omelette, but it just wouldn't crisp up on the underside, even when I decided to scramble as a means to fix it. After cooking for ages on high heat, I did end up with some slightly solid mess, but still tasted wet, weird and the flavour of added veg was lost. The after taste was the worst. Not sure how it goes baked in cakes etc. Not worth the trauma/effort. Binned the remainder. Will stick to a tofu substitute because this tastes offal (typo intended).
