Our Blue is a deliciously creamy cashew-based
cheese with a rich aroma and taste. Produced in
a very similar way as dairy cheese, it is
fermented and aged for up to 5 weeks to
develop a traditional Blue cheese flavour.
Perfect on your cheese platter, on its own or
served with thinly sliced pear or fig. Your
friends won’t believe it’s Vegan!

    I'm a big fan of strong flavours, so this stunning blue cheese gets a huge tick from me! I actually never liked blue cheese before going vegan, but I love this one so much that I'm now a big blue fan. The cashews make it so creamy and it just tastes really authentic.

    I tried it on its own and as part of a cheese platter along with the Dilectio Camembert and Goat Feta. I'm going to try it in a creamy pasta next.

    Lovely and creamy with a nice little bite! It feels amazing in my mouth and the little sharp tang that fires up my tastebuds thanks to the penicillin Roqueforti which also gives it that typical blue veiny appearance. I love the purple packaging and that it comes in a 180g size cos I plan to eat a lot of this!

    This blue cheese is so impressive! Visually it is blue - tick . Flavour wise, it pretty much nails the brief. I had to hold back and not devour the entire wedge and a packet of savoys in one sitting. It would also work well as a topping on a vegan roast veg and blue cheese pizza. I have longed for a vegan creamy blue cheese nearly indistinguishable from dairy, and this delivers!

    Boy am I happy that I saved this one 'til last! This cheese was an absolute dream. I've never had blue cheese before (been vegan from before my palette was open to the idea...), but if this is what blue cheese tastes like then WOW have I been missing out. My favourite new table cheese has been found.

    Loving the taste of this blue cheese. It’s pretty strong like a good non vegan blue and is also really good on a cheese platter or in a pear salad

    I’ve never had a blue cheese before but I loved the flavour of this, it had a nice bite. Goes perfect with crackers. Even my non-vegan friend tried it & was so impressed.

    No mistaking the taste of blue - it’s earthy, sharp, pungent and incredibly delicious. I immediately acquired the taste for this and am hooked. It has the complex flavours of its dairy counterparts but in my opinion better as it is made with kindness & skill
