    The feta is delicious, creamy and decadent without being overly rich. Compared to other fetas that I love (bio life and vegan dairy) it’s a bit less salty and tastes less like feta to meX and more like a delicious cheesy dip/spread. It’s not my number one vegan feta but I would buy it again!

    This is such a luxurious cheese! Creamy, salty, peppery… I like to eat it straight out of the jar after a long day.

    It’s definitely a creamy feta rather than crumbly, so I think it works best stirred through a creamy lemon pasta, or with some avo toast. I’m going to try it as a pizza topping next! I love that it will last longer than other cheeses because of the oil.

    Hopefully I see this when I’m out and about stocking up on vegan treats, because I’d definitely buy it again.

    This is such a luxurious, creamy feta! I love the flavours and the creaminess – it’s so good to eat a spoonful straight out of the jar.

    It’s very creamy rather than crumbly, so I think it works best stirred through a lemon pasta or spread on toast with avo. I’m going to try it as a pizza topping next.

    I’ll definitely buy this one if I spot it while I’m out and about stocking up on vegan treats.

    This feta is great in cooked dishes. I used it as a pizza topping, and when cooked it became browned and added a saltiness to the dish. The flavour is different to what I was expecting, but it’s still really delicious as its own thing.

    Absolutely delicious & tasty, in a reusable jar – it is now a staple in our fridge! It looks like the original non vegan feta and tastes even better because no animal is harmed in its creation. It’s salty & savoury in taste and creamy and rich in texture

    Wow! I was so impressed by this feta – it looks amazing and it tastes just as good. It has a lovely creamy texture and it is has a nice salty, creamy flavour to it. I have had it in a salad, on toast and just as a snack straight from the jar. It is incredibly moreish and it doesn’t last long!

    Honestly, just an amazing feta. On my first bite, I was taken aback a touch at how incredibly flavourful and creamy it was – I had to double take and check that I wasn’t eating my girlfriend’s Meredith’s Goat’s Cheese. Well done Dilectio!

    A really lovely creamy feta with just the right amount of saltiness. I’ve enjoyed this in a pasta salad & also with watermelon. Would highly recommend.

    This is sooooooooo goooooood.
    My mum doesn’t like goat cheese because it’s too “goaty”, according to her. I love it for the exact same reason. Dilectio has somehow managed to get that incredible “goaty” flavour without any involvement from actual goats, and I love them for it. This cheese could be used in any recipe that you’d use goat’s feta for, and vegans and non-vegans alike will be stoked about it (except for my mum).
    I used it in Ottolenghi’s baked mint rice recipe, and I also stirred it through pasta with antipasto, and I put it in Greek salads (it’s definitely not firm enough for that last one – it just kind of squished all through but it tasted amazing!)
    The texture is smooth and squishy; you could spread it on bread with some avo.
    This is one of my favourite products from Dilectio and I am really stoked that I got to try it!

  • This stuff is really good! The texture is really creamy, and it has a bit of that kind of gritty texture that all nut cheese has. I tried it on a jaffle (it melted beautifully!) and dotted through a Greek salad (it didn’t really hold its shape but it was delicious nonetheless) and stirred through pasta with antipasto.
    The marinaded oil is rush and flavoursome. I really love that it’s got pink peppercorns, they’re a more exciting flavour than normal black pepper. Also it’s great that the oil doesn’t solidify in the fridge so it’s ready to use straight away.
    It is a nicely mild tasting cheese but doesn’t have that sour taste I usually associate with goat cheese. But it’s definitely one of the best vegan fetas on the market!
