    The grated bag is a good size and really convenient. We used it for gnocchi, pasta and pizza! The shreds are nice and delicate and do melt a little bit on top of your meal. Great flavour too, not overpowering

    Wow, this is an amazing product. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It’s not as strong as a non-vegan parmesan but has that same texture with a slightly mild salty taste. It also melts really well. I’ve used it in pasta & also risotto. Will definitely be buying this again. Highly recommend!

    I used this to make the most amazing and convincing Alfredo sauce. My partner who isn’t vegan said it tasted like the real deal. He can’t stop raving about it. As soon as I cooked it I ordered more parmesan because it was so good.

    Ingredients:
    500ml Vegan Life cooking cream
    120g Vegan Life parmesan
    4 cloves garlic
    Vegan butter
    250g mushrooms
    500g fettuccine

    Method:
    Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Reserve 240 ml of the pasta water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.

    In a large saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the sliced mushrooms to the saucepan and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, stirring occasionally.

    Pour in the vegan cream and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

    Add the vegan parmesan cheese to the saucepan, and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

    Add the cooked fettuccine to the saucepan and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    This vegan Parmesan was pretty good!! It melted very nicely and definitely added a yum cheesy flavour to my home made pizza! While I do prefer other vegan cheeses, this vegan cheese was very tasty and I would definitely eat it again!

    Perfect on my pasta! Great taste, texture and size of shreds. It also lasts really well once opened, which is a problem I sometimes have with vegan parmesan. A little goes a long way, just what you want for parmesan!

    Yum, but I prefer Made With Plants and Biolife because they’re a bit sharper. Still good though!
