Refreshing Lemon Sorbet

Nothing beats a scoop or two of our classic Lemon sorbet on a hot summer’s day.
This classic, palate-cleansing sorbet is made by Weis in the true Italian style!
To create this refreshing treat, we use the juice from Australian lemons and add just a dash of lemon oil (to add some zesty tang) and then blend and freeze it until it reaches a melt in your mouth texture. Delightfully refreshing!
