A delightfully farm fresh sausage inspired by the hero of western cooking, Cauliflower cheese. With the delicious flavours of cauliflower and roasted garlic, combined with the goodness of kale and white beans, it has a super cheesy creamy texture. When cut into small pieces and cooked until crispy this sausage is a sure hit with young children. And a great way to encourage kids to enjoy eating vegetables.

    This sausage is the bomb with my toddler. She eats it 2-3 times a week. Cut up and pan fried or sometimes I grill it - perfect for lunches. It's a soft vegetable style sausage made with semolina and borlotti beans, I love that it has the kale and cauliflower mixed in and almost invisible too little toddlers eyes.

    To be honest I didn't think I would like this but.......I certainly did!
    I cooked it and sliced it and mixed it through a salad. A really good option for work lunch or weekend lunches.
