    Delicious for omelettes. I cut it almost 50/50 with chickpea flour to make it go further. Our daughter loves it, doesn’t work well for daycare lunches though (not great cold).

    I read amazing reviews about this, I was disappointed- again, not sure if my kitchen skills made it disappointing, but found it a bit “floury”, did try a few times eventually not following the instructions and sadly the taste /texture did not change.
