The Perfect , rich gravy mix, made with 7 types of vegetables.

To Make 1 cup of gravy: whisk 3 tbs gravy mix and 1 cup cold water. Place over a low heat, bring to boil and whisk til thick and glossy.

    This is my favourite vegan gravy powder.. at first taste, it can come across as a little celery-heavy.. but then it quickly somehow settles into something you cannot stop eating – I have made it not just to accompany vegan roasts but purely to add to a sandwich, it’s just so good. It’s also very simple, it’s quick, it’s easy to tweak if you so desire (just add herbs or whatever during the cooking process) and the consistency is perfect, as well as being easy to adapt by adding more or less water than recommended (though I suppose most powdered gravies are the same in that regard).
    But with this one, it’s got to the point that I get panicky if I don’t have at least one and a half boxes of this in the house at all times., you can’t beat it!
