    This is by far my favourite Dilectio cheese! The smokiness is insane and the cheese is so creamy. Would be great for a cheese platter!

    This smokey cheese is so versatile, you can really eat it with anything. I’ve tried it on avo toast, with pasta and as part of a platter. I actually think it would go really well on top of a bbq pizza though!

    I love that it’s properly smoked in a smokehouse, its not just a smokey ‘flavouring’ like some other products. I would definitely buy it for it’s versatility – the flavour isn’t too overwhelming and it’s quite firm so really holds its shape.

    Dilectio have such a good range of cheeses now for different purposes and occasions and I can’t wait to see them stocked at more places near me (Toscanos please?!)

    I enjoyed this cheese served with crackers. It has a very smokey flavour so I found I had to spread it fairly thinly so it wouldn’t overwhelm my palate. The other people I served this to put big wedges of cheese on their crackers, so I guess it just comes down to personal preference. I think this would be really nice served in a sandwich or wrap to impart a bacon flavour. Lovers of liquid smoke would enjoy this cheese, but others would probably prefer another one of the Dilectio soft cheeses.

    As someone who is big on smokey flavours I was very excited to try this cheese and it didn’t disappoint! It is has a great smokey flavour, it works well on pizza, on a cheese platter, in a salad, or on toast and just as a snack. It’s a very versatile cheese and my new favourite!

    I absolutely LOVED this cheese. It’s quite smokey, so is definitely for those who like the smokier things in life. I’ve enjoyed it on crackers, by itself and also cheekily added to my lunchtime wraps. It’s actually perfect in the wrap – gives it such a nice creamy texture with a delicious smokiness which matches my marinaded tofu perfectly. It’s a great cheese and I’ll definitely be getting it again for future platters and indulgences.

    I’m not a huge fan in general of Smokey flavoured cheeses but as far as they go this was a really tasty cheese. If you enjoy cheese with a Smokey flavour then I think you’ll love this.

    I really like this smokey cheese. It’s strong and also reminds me a lot of dairy cheese. I put it in my sandwiches all week (with the Meliora ham and some rocket) and it was great.
