    This is the best vegan meat even! Super delicious and lots of protein! Plus super healthy cause there is only 3 ingredients. Coles you surprised me. I loved it. And the price is affordable and good. I would love to see it more in the shelves of all Coles. I appreciate your good work.

    I love this product!….Organic and no preservatives or crap (like tvp).
    1. I soak it in boiling water for a few mins, then mix it with shallots, chopped celery and vegan Mayo for the best sandwich filling ever! Or for a high protein salad topper.
    2. Soak, add seasoning and veg for an amazing stir-fry or even vegan Tikka Masala…yum!

    Add a little vegetable based chicken style stock to the soaking water, drain and stir fry with vegetables and a dash of teriyaki sauce….delicious!

    I love this product and it has the added bonus of giving me a break from soy. I can just eat it by itself (after soaking of course) and it’s delicious and healthy. Available to Coles for $5.50 and one package last 2 meals.
