    Great vegan alternative, can convince the biggest carnivore too! Love the fact I’m not eating an animal but can still enjoy the mince like texture is a range of favourite dishes. Spaghetti bolognaise, tacos, shepherds pie, “meat” pies

    Perfect alternative! I use this in Bolognese and sausage roll recipes. It has a meaty type flavour, and is quite delicious, (whilst also being kind to animals and the environment). It doesn’t have that strange taste that some meat replacements do.

    I buy this weekly – it has no weird taste and works well in everything. I use it in pasta, soba noodles – well, all noodles, sausage rolls, lasagne. It cooks well. I’ve had other vege minces, but none compare to this.
