Seitan is made with Gluten Flour as the base ingredient, add flavourings, knead and cook to create all types of meat substitutes. There is a plethora of recipes avaialble online and even a Facebook group dedicated to Seitan lovers: The Vegan Seitan Appreciation Society.

This stuff is amazing. I use it to make my own mock meats. It’s really affordable compared to pre-made mock meats and you can control the oil levels.
